Daiwa Lance manufactures a variety of oxygen-lance pipes. An oxygen lance pipe called an aluminum lance pipe is used to process silicon metal in order to create solar panels. Introduction of Daiwa Aluminum Lance Pipe 

Daiwa Ceramic Coating Lance Pipe (CC) is used basically in the production of silicon metal. However, iron (Fe) becomes impure when it dissolves into silicon metal, so Daiwa CC lance cannot be used with the highest effectiveness for production that requires high-purity silicon metal. 

Therefore, the aluminum pipe is used for better purity of silicon metal, but the melting point of aluminum is lower than that of iron, so aluminum pipes alone cannot serve as lance pipes. Daiwa Aluminum Lance Pipe, which is produced from an aluminum pipe with ceramic coating, applies a thick refractory coating to the aluminum pipe by a special method and develops and supplies products suitable for silicon metal production.
