Daiwa Calorized Lance pipe

We are manufacturing company of Calorized Lance Pipe for oxygen/carbon injection purpose during steel making process.

Calorizing is make aluminum diffuses into mild steel and make aluminum diffused layer on the surface of the steel - we call Calorized layer.

Calorized Layers provide protective coatings that boost heat resistance

 

Principle of Calorized Lance

We use this technology and making the Lance Pipe from 1955 and selling our products world widely.

When the lance pipe exposed to high temperature, the  Calorized layer forms a heat resistant aluminum oxide (alumina) film over the surface and protect the lance pipe against severe oxidation.
