Aluminum Diffusion
Aluminum Diffusion is a method that diffuses aluminum to make it deeply permeated into the inner and outer structure of steel pipes.
Thanks to Aluminum Diffusion, steel pipes will have a better heat-resistant aluminum-iron alloy layer and a stronger bonding structure between aluminum and iron to protect the base metal against severe oxidation and corrosion caused by the high temperature in the furnace or harsh environment.
The layer with high heat resistance and high hardness formed around the inner and outer surfaces of steel pipes after the Aluminum Diffusion manufacturing process ends is called Calorized Layer.
