Ceramic-Coated Oxygen Lance Pipe with High Heat Protection

Daiwa Ceramic Coated Lance (Daiwa CC Lance) is a heat-resistant oxygen lance pipe made from mild steel with special refractory ceramic coated layers on both the inner and outer surfaces.

This ceramic coating is the key factor that helps to protect Daiwa CC Lance against molten liquid metals and molten slags in EAF, ensuring its durability and longevity in extreme conditions.

*Note: The refractory layers of ceramic coating can be flexibly applied with different thickness to suit changing needs of each customer.

1. Blow oxygen to cut steel scraps or refine molten steels in Electric Arc Furnace (EAF).
2. Blow carbon, lime powder and/or other additives for adjusting grades of carbon steels.
3. Cut and melt to remove the residual slags adhered inside the oxygen converter.
4. Blow inert gases such as nitrogen, argon into the ladle furnace or smelters.
5. Open tap holes by burning through its plug material with a high temperature flame.
