SC Lance
SC Lance is a mild steel oxygen lance pipe made with HRC (Hot Rolled Steel Sheet in the coil), and welded by a high-frequency welding equipment with no oil or grease on the pipe surface owing to the high processing technology at Daiwa Lance.
During the steelmaking process, Daiwa SC Lance generates a high temperature of over 3,000oC which is necessarily required for blowing oxygen and melting solidified steel scraps and slags left on the equipment.
In general, SC Lance can be used to remove slags on the wall of the ingot case, pig irons in the ladle or steel-slag mixture at the iron notch of the blast furnace, or merely just to sharply cut steel scraps in the scrapyard.
