China HRC price up US$ 15/MT from last week.
China
China – Hot rolled coil prices in CHINA's domestic market got higher on MAY 31, Shanghai market US$ 864 - US$ 880/MT and up US$ 15/MT than last week. HRC price started decreasing on MAY 12 due to the government's call for stable price, but now slightly up trend due to uncertainty of government attitude of export tariff on HRC.
Japan
Japan - KOBE STEEL announced US$ 91/MT up for steel sheet products from JUNE shipment , so all of blast furnace steel mill in Japan up their steel sheet price JPY 40,000/MT (US$ 364/MT) from 4th QTR 2020 to JUNE,2021.
Europe
Europe – European hot-rolled coil market is slow and reluctant to accept any further price increase and watching China's price trend. Major steel mill in EU increased offer for coil US$ 24/MT in Europe and new offer reached EUR 1,170/t ( US$ 1,437/MT) Ex-work.
U.S.A.
US HRC price keep more than $1,600/short ton ( $ 1,760/MT) level for recent 6 days due to strong demand against supply.
